When you're stressed, sometimes the best thing you can do is get a little perspective. It can take a while to learn to step back and look at the big picture but when I did I could see it all so differently. Not being able to afford the latest pair of Jeffery Campbell Lita's seems a lot less important when you realise people go without shoes at all and the boss that's giving you a hard time at work, ignore them, some people can't get a job to fund their family.
Perspective really is everything.
Instead of focusing on the problems that plague your life, try and focus on the good. When I have a hard day, week or month I always count my blessings. Think of the people you love and the things in your life that make you happy and try and give back. It doesn't have to be anything major.
